The first week back on track

I have accomplished a lot over the last year. Three half marathon, various 5K and 10K runs, a sprint triathlon too. But I have also slacked in my diet and the basic's of staying healthy (without mentioning any specifics... too much beer!).

I am making a resolution to myself; Don't Take Me For Granted (song title by the very incredible Social Distortion). I need to take care of my body, it is the only one I have.

I will be updating this blog, tracking my successes and failures (there will be both I am sure) and hope that I can bring some people along with my on my journey.
